We are pleased to inform you that submissions are now open for the third
call for abstracts for the FIPLV Nordic-Baltic Region (NBR) Conference,
which will take place in Vilnius, Lithuania, on 12–13 November 2026. The
deadline for submissions is 15 August. Please note that the Early Bird
payment deadline has also been extended to 20 July.
Members of FIPLV member associations pay the NBR member fee: €80 for
early bird registration and €100 for late registration.

This upcoming conference is a very special one. LEIC Research reaches
its 10th edition, marking two decades of collaboration and scholarly
exchange in linguistics, education, and intercultural studies. At the
same time, we celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Language Teachers’
Association of Lithuania.

LEIC Research 2026 is organized by the Institute of Foreign Languages of
the Faculty of Philology at Vilnius University together with the
Language Teachers’ Association of Lithuania (LKPA) and the International
Federation of Language Teacher Associations – Northern and Baltic Region
(FIPLV NBR), in partnership with the Institute of Foreign Languages of
Vytautas Magnus University and the Department of Foreign Languages at
Vilnius Gediminas Technical University.
