10th International Scientific Conference on Linguistic, Educational, and Intercultural Research (2026 Vilnius)
Dear Colleagues,
I hereby forward to you the FIPLV call at the request of Katalin Fogarasi, Foreign Affairs Secretary.
Dear Colleagues and Partners,
We are very pleased to invite you and your academic community to contribute to the 10th International Scientific Conference on Linguistic, Educational, and Intercultural Research (LEIC Research 2026), which will take place on 12–13 November 2026 in a hybrid format.
This upcoming conference is a special one for us. LEIC Research reaches its 10th edition, marking two decades of collaboration and scholarly exchange in linguistics, education, and intercultural studies. At the same time, we celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Language Teachers’ Association of Lithuania. These milestones would not be meaningful without the long-standing partnerships and shared academic spirit that connect our institutions.
LEIC Research 2026 is organized by the Institute of Foreign Languages of the Faculty of Philology at Vilnius University together with the Language Teachers’ Association of Lithuania (LKPA) and the International Federation of Language Teacher Associations – Northern and Baltic Region (FIPLV NBR), in partnership with the Institute of Foreign Languages of Vytautas Magnus University and the Department of Foreign Languages at Vilnius Gediminas Technical University.
We warmly encourage researchers, lecturers, teachers, and doctoral students from your institution to submit their work and join us in this anniversary edition. Your participation helps sustain the interdisciplinary dialogue and international cooperation that have defined this conference from the beginning. We hope the event will once again serve as a space for inspiring conversations, new connections, and future joint initiatives.
Information about conference themes, important dates, and submission guidelines can be found on the official website:

We sincerely hope to welcome your colleagues to LEIC Research 2026 and to celebrate the 10th anniversary together.
With warmest wishes,
